1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.

3. Return Shipping Costs

In accordance with our policy:

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Kael will cover all return shipping costs.

4. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@kael-ai.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

6. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@kael-ai.com. Our team will provide you with a return authorization.

7. Refund Process
